One of the best mountain bike events in North America! Races and stunt sessions draw the biggest names in the sport, and the list of past participants reads like a Who's Who of mountain biking: Cedric Gracia, Brian Lopes, Wade Simmons, Geoff Gulevich, Paul Basagoitia and Kyle Strait, just to name a few. Total prizes worth more than CAD 30,000 mean the competition is fierce, making the event just about as fun for spectators as it is for participants. In Whistler Village, there are some additional events, including a kid's race, demos and shows, bands and parties. Most events are free for spectators; some concerts are ticketed.
